Vaccination update: How to exclude getting Covid-19 vaccine on Mysejahtera due to health issues
Malaysia is opening social and business sectors to fully vaccinated individuals following the National Recovery Plan. However, because of health issues, there are still some who haven’t had their Covid-19 vaccination. Therefore, Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin developed a special digital certificate for eligible individuals via MySejahtera. As a result, businesses can easily determine excluded individuals by looking at this special digital certificate.
Check out how to remove your name from the list. If health issues are preventing you from receiving the Covid-19 vaccination.
How to apply for COVID-19 vaccine exemption certificate?
Excluded individuals must first consult a certified medical doctor to get a pre-vaccination assessment (PVA) slip, according to the Ministry of Health. Following the pre-vaccination assessment, excluded individuals must submit the PVA slip to their local district health office to request a Covid-19 vaccine exemption certificate. Finally, the first and most crucial step before filing for a Covid-19 vaccine exemption certificate is to complete a pre-vaccination assessment (PVA).
Vaccination update: Total cumulative vaccine doses administered
