Refund and Return Period:

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for return of a product or repaired device, the item must be unused (for products) or in the same condition as when it was initially submitted for repair (for devices), free from any additional damage. It must also be in the original packaging (for products). Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards/vouchers/services and downloadable software products. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. For repaired devices, any additional damage or alterations made to the device after our repair service may affect eligibility for return. We require customers to inspect their repaired device upon collection to ensure satisfaction with the repair work performed. Please note that our warranty coverage applies to the specific repair performed and does not extend to any subsequent damages or issues unrelated to the initial repair service.

 

Refunds Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking your bank account first. Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

 

Non-Refundable Services:

Please note that diagnostic fees and any non-repair services provided are non-refundable.

 

Exclusions:

Our policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or alterations made to the device after our repair service.

 

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged spare parts replaced during repair services within the warranty period. If you encounter any issues with the spare parts provided in the repair service, please email us at info@sprtech.com.my and return the defective or damaged spare parts to the SPR branch where the repair service was performed. Upon inspection and confirmation of the issue, we will exchange the defective or damaged spare parts for replacements at no additional cost to you. Exchanges are subject to the availability of spare parts and may be limited to items of equal or equivalent value. If the exchanged spare part is of greater value, you may be required to pay the price difference.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Should you decide to cancel your repair service before the commencement of repair work, you are eligible for a full refund. However, if the repair process has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover incurred expenses.

 

Warranty Coverage:

All repaired devices are covered by a limited warranty against defects in parts and workmanship. The warranty period varies depending on the type of repair and parts used. Please refer to your repair invoice for specific warranty details.
