LUCKY DRAW
-The Spend & Win Lucky Draw Contest is organized by the SPR Communication Sdn Bhd (SPR).
-The Lucky Draw is governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by SPR. By submitting an entry, the Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.
ELIGIBILITY
The Lucky Draw is open to any individual who fullfils the following criteria:
-Spend any amount at any SPR Communication Sdn Bhd branch from 1/11/2021 to 31/12/2021.
-NOT eligible for an employee, officer, director or employee immediate family members of SPR.
-Participants must fill up the form registration contest. If it is ambiguous / unclear, we have the right to disqualify
-Participants must agree to accept any conditions and results determined by the organizer unconditionally and SPR reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the Participants and to disqualify any Participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
PRIZE
-First prize winner will get an iPhone 12 64GB.
-3X Second prize winners will get Realme Watch.
-5x Third prize winners will get a Wireless earphone TWS.
-Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.
-Any prize not claimed within 10 days of notification will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, if a winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated duration, SPR shall have the right at its own discretion to re-draw.
-Prize is to be redeemed at the SPR retail store at: 21, Jalan SS 21/37, Uptown Damansara, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
NOTIFICATION TO WINNER
-The winner announcement will be announced through SPR FB LIVE on 8th of Jan 2022, 12.30pm
-The winner will be chosen randomly through LIVE Lucky Draw on 8th Jan 2022, 12.30pm & MUST be present during the Lucky Draw session to be eligible to redeem the prize. In the event of the winner is not present, we will randomly draw another winner.
