Lucky Giveaway
-The Relax and Rediscover Lucky Giveaway is organised by the SPR Communication Sdn Bhd (SPR).
-The Lucky Giveaway is governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by SPR. By submitting an entry, the Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same.
ELIGIBILITY
The Lucky Giveaway is open to any individual who fulfils the following criteria:
-Spend any amount at any SPR Communication Sdn Bhd branch from 4 April 2022 to 5 May 2022.
-NOT eligible for an employee, officer, director or employee immediate family members of SPR.
-Participants must fill up the registration contest form. If it is ambiguous / unclear, we have the right to disqualify the entry.
-Participants must agree to accept any conditions and results determined by the organiser and unconditionally and SPR reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the Participants and to disqualify any Participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
PRIZE
-First prize: 2D1N Grand Lexis Executive Room + Breakfast (4 Pax)
-Second prize: Sunway Lagoon Theme Park Entrance ticket (2 Adults, 2 Child )
-Third Prize: Nook, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Buffet ( 2 Pax)
-Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.
-All costs, fees, and/or related expenses incurred or to be incurred by the Participants in relation to the Contest and to claim the prizes won, which shall include but not limited to the costs of transportation, email, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
-Any prize not claimed within 10 calendar days of notification will be forfeited. No alternatives will be offered. For the avoidance of doubt, if a winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated duration, SPR shall have the right at its own discretion to re-draw.
-Prize is to be redeemed at the SPR retail store at: 21, Jalan SS 21/37, Uptown Damansara, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
NOTIFICATION TO WINNER
-The winner announcement will be announced through SPR Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/spr.communication) via FB LIVE on 6th of May 2022, 08.30pm
-The winner will be chosen randomly through LIVE Lucky Giveaway on 6th May 2022, 08.30pm & participants MUST be present during the Lucky Giveaway session to be eligible to redeem the prize. In the event that the winner is not present, we will randomly draw another winner.
-Winner will be notified through the contact details stated by the participant register in the Lucky Giveaway Ticket Form.
-In the event that SPR is unable to contact any of the winners within (3) working days for whatever reasons, the prize of that particular winner will be forfeited at the sole discretion of SPR.
